This is a complete cruise control kit for the 2005-2007 Chevy Cobalt. Works with automatic and manual transmission. This kit Does require programming. Very simple installation with very little disassembly. Only 4 wires to connect to vehicle and the cruise switch mounts to the plastic shroud around the steering column. Please call with any question on this complete cruise control kit. This kit replaced the Rostra 250-1775 cruise control.
