Description

This is a complete upgrade kit for the 2005-2018 Toyota Tacoma. It is comaptible with the automatic and manual versions. The 2005-2017 manual version will require a clutch switch (250-4206 - *The 2018 does not require this part ). This kit comes with step-by-step instructions with pictures. We have included a short video below that explains how to check if your Tacoma is pre-wired, and if not, how to insert some of the wiring. We also offer an original equipment Toyota "switch knockout" so you don't have to do any cutting that the instructions below indicate. The OEM Toyota Knockout and the 250-4206 clutch switch can also be purchased separately in the "cruise parts" section.

installation of cruse control wiring on 09 Tacoma

I rarely write reviews about products I believe that they should stand on their own merit. This wiring harness with the instructions given was a very easy installation. The removal of the dash to gain access what is the most difficult part of all. Once wiring was complete the system worked flawless. My only one complaint would be that they send out A set of reading glasses to read the instructions they were very small print. But diagrams and photos were epic in the insulation thank you again your product with a great success in the Tacoma.

Super easy to install. My truck was prewired which helped. I was having issues with the clutch disengagement switch and M&R Electronics Cruise Control Specialist helped me through it over the phone. Works well, excited to use this in the future. Thank you!

This took about 1 hour to install. Works great. Fortunately my Tacoma was pre-wired so it was all pretty easy.

I installed this in an hour. Items are good quality and instructions & video well done. Fortunately my truck was pre-wired, which made installation a breeze.
